How to Order
When you have chosen the item/s or design/s you would like to purchase, you may either :
Print off and fill in the order form above, and send with a cheque. When sending an order this way, we will wait until the cheque has cleared - about 5 working days - before the item can be sent.
OR :
We can send a PAYPAL invoice. For this option all you need to do is send an e-mail with your choice of item, then using your e-mail address we can send a payment request. This is a very fast and secure way of buying on-line, as orders will normally be sent the next day.

Delivery, Postage & Packing
Your order will be packaged safely and should normally reach you within 7-10 days of receipt of order when paying by cheque, or within 2 days with PayPal. If you require an urgent delivery, please e-mail to see how quickly this can be arranged. Next Day Delivery charges offered by the Post Office are changeable but current costs will be applied, although Next Day Delivery cannot be guaranteed if posted on Fridays, This option is only available once payment has been accepted.
First Class Postage and packaging within UK is included in the price with the exception of a few items where the cost is listed.
Returning Goods
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased you may return it to us within 7 days of the delivery, and provided it is returned undamaged we will exchange for another item of equal price or give a full refund.
Please give reason for return on the back of the delivery note and return with item.
If an item is damaged when you receive it please contact us immediately and return the item to us, so that we can send a replacement if available, or a refunfd, and return your postage.
We do hope you will be satisfied with your purchases and they arrive in perfect condition.
